My husband called Saturday afternoon, and all the Hardware stores were closed except Belletetes. My husband called and they put two cans of stain on hold for us. “A phenomenal service experience all around. I called the Andover store to check on availability of Alaskan Yellow Cedar 5/4 deck boards which was out of stock, and was told I would receive a call back if they could be special ordered. Five minutes later I received a call to find out they were in stock at the Jaffrey store and was given the phone number. It get's better, the Jaffrey store was willing to send the boards to the Sunapee store. I decided to go for an early morning coffee ride to the Jaffrey store, which was another great experience with the same super service from all the staff. The Jaffrey store has everything and more!”
